Only 6 percent are running with HDTV, even though they are HD-ready TV

The survey shows that many are interested in getting a HD box. One in four respondents say they plan to buy one. 56 percent say they do not know which, according to SIFO and Digital Canal points to poor information about what an HD box does. 51 percent say it's mostly movie they want to see in high definition format.

Survey Best picture will be conducted annually to monitor developments in the Swedish market.
